The Role:
As a Face-to-Face Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the frontline of some of the most exciting brands in New York. This isn’t a call center job or desk position — it’s a hands-on, in-person role that puts you in the middle of NYC’s most dynamic campaigns, events, and client experiences. If you love connecting with people, solving problems in real time, and being part of a driven team, this role was made for you.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Representing our clients face-to-face at events, pop-ups, and high-traffic locations
Providing product or service information, answering questions, and resolving concerns
Creating memorable, brand-positive experiences for every customer
Working closely with your team to meet daily and weekly goals
Gathering real-time customer feedback and reporting to internal teams
Bringing energy, professionalism, and authenticity to every interaction
