Customer Service Representative

Location: New York, NY
Salary Range: $42,000 – $50,000 annually

About the Role:

Be the voice of our brand by providing exceptional support to our customers. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction at every touchpoint.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.

  • Resolve product or service issues promptly and effectively.

  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.

  • Provide feedback to management on recurring issues and customer concerns.

  • Assist in developing customer service protocols and training materials.

Ideal Candidate:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency in interpersonal skills and communcation.

  • Empathetic, patient, and customer-focused mindset.
