
Customer Service Representative
Location: New York, NY
Salary Range: $42,000 – $50,000 annually
About the Role:
Be the voice of our brand by providing exceptional support to our customers. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction at every touchpoint.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Resolve product or service issues promptly and effectively.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
Provide feedback to management on recurring issues and customer concerns.
Assist in developing customer service protocols and training materials.
Ideal Candidate:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
1-2 years of customer service experience.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in interpersonal skills and communcation.
